Order FASTER and CHEAPER: New features on Gras.sk that save you time and money

At Gras.sk, we are constantly working to make your shopping experience even more convenient, faster, and more efficient. Over the past few months, we have prepared several great improvements and features that will make your work much easier and help you save time and money.

Check out the new features that make navigating and ordering on our website even better!

1. Smart product replacement: No more waiting for sold-out items

Have you ever found exactly what you need, only to discover that the product is currently sold out? No more browsing, searching, and comparing! You can complete your order immediately.

• Your benefit: If you select a product that is out of stock and we have an alternative product in stock, the system will automatically and clearly offer it to you as a replacement directly in the product details or in your shopping cart.
• What this means for you: You can immediately see the available replacement, accept it, and complete your order right away, without any unnecessary delays or waiting. This makes shopping as simple and fast as possible!

How to do it:

1. For products that are out of stock, please see the notice regarding available alternatives.
2. You can replace it with a substitute product before adding it to your cart, or...
3. ...if you click further, you will still find the replacement option and can do so directly in your cart.

2. Online price negotiation: Always get the best deal

Do you need a large volume of goods and would like a better price? You no longer need to call or send emails – you can arrange everything directly in the e-shop!

• Your benefit: Just click on "Negotiate price ONLINE" right next to the product. Enter the desired quantity and your requested price.
• How it works: Our sales representative (SR) will quickly process your request.
  • Approval: If the SR approves the price, just click on Add to cart in Your inquiries and you're done.
  • Counteroffer: If your price is too low, the SR will send you a counteroffer. You can accept it or try to renegotiate. You negotiate until you reach a price you are satisfied with!
• Result: A fast, transparent, and convenient way to get a more personalized price without having to make a phone call.

How to do it:

1. Find the item (e.g., CB435A) and click on "Negotiate price ONLINE".

2. Enter the desired quantity and your requested price. Click on "Add to inquiry".

 

3. In My Account / Requests (or the icon next to the shopping cart), you will find your IN PROGRESS request. To confirm, click on "Send request".

4. After processing by the sales representative (SR), either:

•  approve the request and click on "Add item to shopping cart",
  
  

• or accept the counteroffer and add the goods to your cart.
• You can try to negotiate a better price again by clicking "Resend request" or "Accept suggested prices" and adding the goods to your shopping cart.

3. Quick Import from Excel: Bulk ordering and inquiries in seconds

If you are ordering a large quantity of different items or want to request prices in bulk, we have a new feature for you. Add hundreds of items to your cart or request at once by simply copying them directly from your Excel spreadsheet. 

• Your benefit: In the Shopping Cart section, you will find Quick Add to Cart.
  • To place an order: Simply paste two columns from Excel – Product Code and Quantity.
  • To request a price: You can paste three columns – Product Code, Quantity, and Requested Price.

• What this means for you: Instead of clicking and filling in dozens of fields, you can load hundreds of items in seconds and either add them directly to your cart or create a bulk inquiry for a better price! Maximum efficiency for large purchases.

How to do it (Quick add to cart):

1. Go to your Shopping Cart and click on “Quickly Add to Cart”.

2. Click “Paste from Excel”.

3. To order: Enter 2 columns (Product code + Quantity). Click on “Load products”, confirm and complete your order.

4. On demand prices: Enter 3 columns (Product code + Quantity + Requested price). Click on “Load products”, confirm, and complete the request.

5. In case of a request, click on all items for a lower price request (they are in the cart, but are ready for request).

6. Proceed to Checkout.

 

4. Overview of unfulfilled orders: Keep a perfect overview

Overview and control are the basis of good management. That's why we've improved the overview of your previous purchases.

• Your benefit: In the My Account/Orders section, you can download an overview of unfulfilled orders in Excel format with a single click.
• What you will see: In addition to the usual information (ordered/undelivered items), you will now also see Available alternatives to undelivered items directly in the file.
• Result: You have complete control over what is missing and know what replacement you can reorder immediately.

5. Transparent availability: More than just "Sold out"

Your benefit: No more guesswork! You can see the expected stock availability dates and estimated delivery dates directly in the product details and in your profile. This allows you to plan your orders better and be sure when the goods will arrive.

How to do it:

1. For product details that are out of stock, please check the information about the next restocking date.

2. In My Account, in the overview of your orders (or undelivered items), you can now see the expected delivery dates for goods you have already ordered. This gives you an overview of every item!
